Instructions
This furnace will be a funnel crucible placed in the furnace, will
match the frit material directly into the crucible from the top,
the crucible at the bottom of the circular hole flow material
mouth, by a long plug rod and the crucible at the bottom of the
flow material hole seal butt. When heating with electricity, the
plug rod is under pressure under its own gravity, and sealed
contact with the flow port to ensure no leakage during heating.
When the heating is complete, pull the plug rod upwards to start
feeding. Conversely, if the plug rod is released, the flow of
material stops. If need different flow rate, can use different
diameter short plug and long plug rod complete set to control. When
the temperature rises to the specified temperature, the frit
becomes molten and automatically flows into the container below by
the flow hole below (there is a hole at the bottom of the
crucible). When the crucible is replaced, the lifting platform can
be lowered for easy replacement.
